This statement covers the public pages, account, Host and player interfaces, and print kits on wine-lies.com. It does not cover the separate butelka.si shop or third-party services controlled by their respective providers.
Wine Lies is designed to conform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA and the applicable EN 301 549 requirements for web services and electronic documents. Print documents are generated as tagged PDF/UA-1 with a declared language and logical reading order.
The web interfaces are partially conformant based on our technical self-assessment. We test critical paths with automated checks, keyboard navigation and accessibility-tree inspection. An independent assessment with multiple screen readers has not yet been completed, so we do not claim that every barrier has been eliminated.
Interfaces use semantic controls, visible keyboard focus, assistive-technology status messages, reduced-motion support, and correctly declared Slovenian and English page languages.
Print kits are generated as tagged PDF/UA-1 and validated with veraPDF. Files include tags for headings, paragraphs, lists, tables and meaningful illustrations. Decoration, borders, cut lines and empty areas intended for writing on paper are marked as non-content artifacts. Their meaning is also represented in the document’s logical reading order.
Some sheets are designed to be cut, attached to glasses or marked by hand. If that physical format is not usable, the same game can be run digitally. Rules are available at /en/rules and Host guidance at /en/host.
If you encounter a barrier or need content in another format, email hiya@wine-lies.com. Identify the page or document, your device and what prevents use; do not include private player answers or other unnecessary personal data.
We aim to acknowledge the request within five working days and provide a fix, reasonable adjustment or accessible version. If that cannot be delivered immediately, we will provide an expected timescale.
This statement was prepared and last updated on 16 September 2026 based on source-code review, automated checks, keyboard use, accessibility-tree inspection and tagged-PDF validation. We repeat the assessment and update this statement after material changes to the game, checkout or print engine.
If our response does not resolve the issue, you may, where applicable, use the supervision and legal-remedy procedures available under the Slovenian Accessibility of Products and Services for Persons with Disabilities Act.
